1. Digital Service Delivery
BillBoss provides fully digital services — mobile recharge and DTH recharge. There is no physical shipping of goods; this policy describes how our digital recharges are delivered.
2. Delivery Timelines
Mobile and DTH recharges are processed instantly in most cases and are typically completed within a few seconds to a few minutes of a successful payment, subject to operator/DTH provider network availability.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Once a recharge is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation within the app and, where applicable, via SMS or email from the operator/DTH provider.
4. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If a recharge is delayed beyond a reasonable time or fails after payment, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and process, or contact Support@billboss.info for assistance.
