This policy explains how you can request deletion of your BillBoss account and what happens to your data afterward.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request account deletion by emailing Support@billboss.info from your registered email/mobile number with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", or through the account deletion option within the BillBoss app once available.
3. Processing Timeline
We will process your account deletion request within 7 working days of verification.
4. Data Retention After Deletion
Following deletion, we may retain certain transaction and financial records for the period required under applicable Indian law and BBPS/regulatory guidelines, even after your account is deleted. All other personal data will be permanently deleted.
